Audi has just facelifted the Audi Q7 and its coupe sibling, the Q8. Now, the TFSI quattro versions can drive more on electric power only, get a more potent V6, and can be ordered with all-wheel steering and electromechanical active roll stabilization.
The Audi Q7 and Q8 have undergone a facelift that brought them features designed to make them both more exciting to customers.

For starters, the 3.0-liter six-cylinder V6 Otto engine now delivers 335 horsepower (340 metric horsepower). The electric motor brings along 174 horsepower (177 metric horsepower) for a total of 389 horsepower (394 metric horsepower).

Those make the electrified Q7 and Q8 accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 kph) in 5.7 seconds. Meanwhile, the 60 TFSI e quattro gets 483 horsepower (490 metric horsepower).

The engine and electric motor operate in the company of a larger liquid-cooled lithium battery, mounted under the floor of the trunk. Made up of 17 cells with 70 Ah each and a capacity of 25.9 kWh, it can store enough energy for up to 56 miles (90 kilometers) in urban areas. The battery can charge up to 7.4 kW, reaching 100 percent in approximately three hours and 45 minutes.

The automaker also worked on the design of the two, making the two models capable of accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in just 5 seconds flat. Regardless of the variant, Audi limited the top speed to 149 mph (240 kph). On electric power only, they can hit 84 mph (135 kph).

The models are equipped as standard with high-intensity LED headlights, while the Matrix LED headlights are optionally available. Customers can also go for the HD Metric LEDs with Audi laser light.

There are nine decorative inlays and three new finishes to choose from, as well as contesting colors for the seat stitching.

New customization options extend to the wheels, which are now available in five new designs with sizes ranging from 21 to 23 inches. The model comes standard with a steel spring suspension with damper control, while the electronically controlled air suspension with a continuously adaptive damping system is optionally available.

For the first time, the plug-in hybrid Audi Q7 and Q8 receive the optional all-wheel steering, making them easier to maneuver in tight spaces.

The facelifted Audi Q7 and Q8 SUVs will be available for order starting this month, starting at 85,500 euros ($91,452 at the current exchange rates). That is how much you pay for the entry-level Q7 55 TFSI e, while the Q8 55 TFSI e starts at 92,900 euros ($99,367).

It will, however, set you back 96,000 euros ($102,683) if you want to drive the 60 TSFI e quattro home, while Audi expects you to pay 103,200 euros ($110,384) for the Q8 60 TFSI.
