As far as driving-related dramas are concerned, finding yourself in the cab of a truck, dangling off a bridge, just above the water is such a common sight in the movies, that it could almost be called a cliche. However, when it happens in real life, things are a little more serious, especially when the life of another is involved.
This Brazilian truck driver is facing the exact situation mentioned above, and is in a very dangerous and life-threatening position. Apparently, the driver was at the wheel, when a passenger car suddenly stopped just ahead, and the truck ended up crashing into and over the guard rails, only for it to dangle above the surface of the water.
Luckily, some other road users stopped to lend a hand, lowering a rope to the stranded driver, and first picking up his luggage, before lifting him to safety as well.
