Spain-based customizers going by the name of Fuel motorcycles have put up together a modifying kit for the BMW R100 owners looking for adding some more personality to their bikes. The pictured bike is named Scram and has been built starting from an R100RT.
However, since the old BMW R series are more or less the same (from Fuel's point of view), the modification kit can easily be bestowed upon an R80 or R65 in the S, ST, R or RT versions, too. The build time is 3 to 4 weeks and the prices start at €4,500 ($6,050), not including transport, bike or fixing the bike, in case you bring in a mauled or defective one.
Fuel Motorcyles will load a new solo seat on your future scrambler BMW, new rear shocks and fenders, off-road handlebars and tires, new mirrors, blinkers and headlight. Hoske aftermarket exhausts will be also provides and a gel battery will replace the old one, with all the painting being made by a specialist.
And judging by the way the Scram looks, it seems like the guys at Fuel know their way around these bikes. Nice work, now “Scram”, if you get my point...
