The final month of spring was a very good one for BMW Motorrad, the Bavarians' reports shows, proving once more that the Germans are making a good recovery from the skinny figures reported by the markets around the world. In fewer words, BMW says this was the best may their motorcycle division ever had.
The markets are a bit more lively in 2013, or so it seems if we take a quick look at the figures. BMW Motorrad claims a 14.2% increase in the number of units sold in May 2013 compared to the same month of the previous year, with 13,081 bikes heading out the dealerships' doors.

The total number of bikes sold by BMW up to and including May 2013 reached 52,400, a nice 7.2% higher figure than the similar one recorded in 2012. With BMW planning to enter the small and middleweight bikes fray together with their new Indian ally TVS, we are sure the next years will see an even better evolution for the Bavarian manufacturer.
