While we're getting almost desperate to see how the new M3 will turn up, some people out there have the audacity to create new rendering everyday. The guys from Autoexpress even claim that their take will be the official F80 M3.
We think not. Their rendering is basically based on the M Performance package that is already available for the F30 3 Series plus a couple of personalized touches here and there (like the side gills and the wheels) but other than that, it's pretty much a 3 series.
As we all know, usually, BMW is taking a different approach when creating an M car. Even though in the beginning, with the E30 and E36, the M3s were very similar to their 3 Series brothers, in recent years, the Bavarian manufacturer changed its philosophy and created M performance cars with a completely changed look.
That will probably be the case with the new M3 too. That's why the renderings we're looking at today will remain…. well… renderings. It's definitely not how the production M3 will look like.
