The 60th iF Design Awards brought no less than 13 prizes for BMW, with two of them being awarded for the design of the BMW HP4 superbike and Husqvarna Nuda 900 R.
The HP4 has been derived from the successful S1000RR sport bike and is now one of the lightest and fastest motorcycles in its class, already becoming a serious competitor for other reputed machines. With HP standing for High Performance, these beasts are delivering spectacular result on the racing track and street, while their unique and striking design and coloring are quickly recognized.

On the other hand, the Nuda 900 R is the first road bike from Husqvarna, a company which is now under the BMW "umbrella". BMW has clearly played an important role in designing this clean and minimalist road fighter, so it;s not just a prize for one of the bikes in the big family.

No less than 4352 entries from 51 countries have been running up for one of the iF Design Awards between 20 and 22 November 2012 in Hanover, Germany.
