Back in the 1980s if you wanted a high-performance sedan, you had to go with BMW Motorsport division's M3. It was the best premium mid-size sedan you could buy and use both on the street and on the race track.
In 1987 an M3 also known as Warsteiner (because the team was sponsored by the beer company) won the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) for the first time driving an E30 3 Series car.

The original E30 M3 Warsteiner car had a 2.3-liter 4-cylinder engine with 192 HP due to the twin-cam four-valve head Bosch fuel-injection system. It weighed only 2,850 lb (1,292 kg) and became an instant winner on different racing championships.

However, on thing was for ever stuck in everyone's mind. The way it looked. The 3 M stripes on the body, the Alpine White finish under them, the red kidney grilles and the Golden BBS rims remained in posterity and everyone knew that that combination meant power.

Nowadays, enthusiasts like the one in the video below, are trying to recreate the legendary M3 in various shapes. The one we're looking at today looks really close to the original and you can definitely tell that a lot of care and passion was put into creating it.
