This year, Salon Prive will be celebrating its 8th birthday and BMW will be there too. The event that recently established itself as UK's premier 'boutique' motoring show will be the host of BMW's M6 Gran Coupe and LCI M5 for two days.
Between September 4th and 6th the audience of the Salon Prive will have the chance to admire the beautiful shapes of the M6 and M5 in an extravagant showcasing.
The cars powered by the same V8 engine develop 560 HP and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque reaching mind-boggling speeds in seconds. The M6 GC, for example, reached 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.9 seconds, using a manual gearbox.
The M5 on the other hand will benefit, starting this year, from the Competition Package, taking its biturbo engine output up to 575 HP. Making its debut at the Nurburgring 24-hour race, facelifted version will arrive in dealerships near you later this year.
