This seems like another useless drag race. The GT3 RS, with its more powerful engine and newer technology ,will surely blow the E34 out of the water, even though it's an M5.
Oh, but you're in for a surprise as these cars are not stock. Looking at the figures for the stock cars, the BMW would stand no chance. The original E34 M5 had a 3.6-liter engine with 315 HP and 360 Nm of torque at 4,750 RPM and it was rated at 1,750 kg. Another interesting thing is that the E34 was build between 1989 and 1995.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS has a 3.8-liter engine producing 450 HP and a curb weight of approximately 1,600 kg and is constructed to this day. That means that the GT3 RS should win this drag race, easily.

However, the E34 M5 wouldn't be a proper Bimmer if it would have the stock engine and the stock power numbers on it. This one has 1,000 HP. Yes, that's right, there's a coma in the number of HP that this car has. We're not actually sure how this number was achieved, but we're pretty impressed.

Of course, the 911 isn't stock either. This little Porsche has a Garrett Turbo that sums up the total HP to an impressive 750 out of the 3.8-liter engine.

Having 250 HP extra, the BMW is the certain favorite to win this race but you have to keep in mind the fact that all that power is very hard to control, especially with the old rear-wheel drive transmission the Bimmer has, which wasn't build to handle that much power but somehow manages to keep it together.
