The new BMW 1-Series is already out playing on the market (you can read our test drive here), but the Coupe and Convertible versions of the replaced generations are going to be around for a while. Thus, BMW feels the need to refresh this, with the company now introducing two new special editions for the vehicles.
The Edition Sport is dressed in an M body kit, comes with an exclusive Carbon Black metallic paint and uses visual elements such as dark taillights and a gloss black finish for the kidney grille. As for the tech side, the vehicle uses a sports suspension and rides on 17- or 18-inch wheels. Inside, we find an M steering wheel, aluminum trimming, as well as other elements that aim to offer a sporty feeling.
The second new development is the Edition Exclusive, which allows buyers to choose between six finishes, with Mineral Grey Metallic being the most special one. This comes with goodies such as matte Oxide exterior mirrors and a chrome grille. Inside the cabin, BMW has fitted a Boston leather finish for the seats, a sports steering wheel and a multitude of goodies that bring speed to mind.
