When we tested the new Continental GT with the V8 engine earlier this year, we found it was the perfect car not because the fuel economy was better (which strangely it wasn't), but because the 4-liter twin-turbo has more character.
Now though, there's a version of the car with even more of the British+German character, the Continental GT V8 S. Long story short, the output of that engine that was co-developed with Audi has been increased from 500bhp to 521bhp. Torque is also up by 20, from 660 Nm to 680 Nm. That's sort of… 2014 Audi S8 numbers, but said with aplomb.
But the video debut of the GT V8 S isn't about any of that. It's about being as posh as people from magazines, driving in the olive country and… well extra poshness that comes with owning a yacht. That's the 21st century owner way! I'm surprised they don't speak Russian.
