Benelli announces the expansion of their Bramont facility in Manaus, Brazil, and the opening of a store in the prosperous city of Sao Paulo.
It looks like South American operations of Chinese-owned Benelli are going well, as the manufacturer expects to sell no less than 2,000 motorcycles a year.

The first store open, Benelli hopes to expand the dealers network to the entire South American area, once a solid retail presence has been established in Brazil.

With the last 25 years or so being full of turmoil and comeback attempts which did no go as planned, it appears like the brand is now doing better as a part of the Chinese Qianjiang group.
