When we pressed "play" we were expecting to see a guy crashing with with ATV uphill or downhill or whatever. And seeing how things went on was disarmingly funny, with that rider looking and seemingly refusing to believe what his eyes saw.
According to the description, the entire fail belongs to the rider: he had new wheels and tires installed but din not follow the manual to the end of the procedure. He loaded in the new wheels, torqued them to spec, and went on.
However, the manual said that after some little riding, the bolts had to be re-torqued and only then would the ATV be completely safe in this respect. Failing to re-torque the wheels led to the bolts gradually loosening and finally one of the wheels came off. The guy was terribly lucky to have lost the wheel at very low speed: should this have happened on a better road at full speed, we'd most likely couldn't show you the video...
