Typos can sometimes have apocalyptic consequences, but most of the time they’re just amusing. We all happen to fall into the keyboard’s trap at a certain point and today it was Aston Martin’s turn.
We were browsing the “Past Models” category of astonmartin.com when we noticed that they intend to keep the DBS Volante in production until the year 20012. The adjacent screenshot shows the boo-boo, but perhaps it would be interesting if it was real.

Sure, we’d like to have this open-top Grand Tourer around for that long. Just think of the consequences.

From the proof that we won’t run out of petrol too soon after all to the tips for the investors, this would open a whole new world of possibilities. However, it’s just a little typo.

PS: they’ve probably already corrected the mistake, but we have to admit this was a good piece of humor.
