As you all know, the Green Hell, or Nurburgring, is actually an open road and only at special events is closer, being open for everyone in the meanwhile.
The so-called Touristenfahrten is the name the circuit bares when it's open to the public and everyone drives on it, dreaming about becoming Schumacher or Senna. However, sometimes, the reality is way harsher than you imagine.
Unfortunately, everyone thinks they are better drivers than they really are and that leads to a lot of accidents. Fortunately, most of the cars are not that powerful so the damages are kept to a material basis only, rarely someone losing his/her life.
It's the same with the video we're showing you today. One overly-confident driver went too fast into a corner and didn't care that the asphalt was damp. He ended up going backwards into the fence almost totaling his BMW E46 M3.
