It's a known fact that Alpina creates improved BMWs and they are amongst the best car in the world, no matter the model. However, the B7 is a car that is mainly targeting business men that want a bit more than the classic 7er.
There people usually want all the comfort and luxury of the 7 Series and then some, in both performance and style. That's exactly what the B7 does and plenty more but seeing one with various stickers on it and ADV.1 wheels might not be to everyone's taste.
Whist the ADV.1 wheels might be overlooked since they do look pretty good, we're not that sure about the rest of things. Sure, we're all waiting for a sport edition of the 7 Series, a so-called M7 but this is definitely not the way to achieve it.
Different strokes for different folks you might say. And you'd be right but, call us crazy, we're more into the classic styling than this 'billboard-style' design, especially when you have a monstrous V8 under the bonnet that produces 540 HP and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque.
