After numerous novelties for the North American region like the Prius Prime 'Hybrid Reborn,' Corolla Nightshade family plus Corolla Cross Hybrid, as well as the 2024 Grand Highlander three-row crossover and 2024 Tacoma mid-size pickup truck superstars, Toyota is ready to continue the winning streak into the second part of the year.
In the real world, everyone is screaming 'wolf' about the impending release of a new Toyota Land Cruiser. That's odd, considering that the J300-series has been out for a little while only (two years), but most likely, the Japanese automaker is not talking about that one when they said the nameplate would return to the United States after that short hiatus. Instead, the probability is 99% that Toyota will use the same values for the European continent and across the big pond (aka the Atlantic Ocean), so we – along with the entire rumor mill – are expecting that the next Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (or 250) will become a common asset based on the new Lexus GX 500 underpinnings across both regions.
However, as it turns out, not everyone is thinking about the iconic Land Cruiser. Meanwhile, across the imaginative realm of digital car content creators, some would rather consider all other SUV factors instead. And since the 2024 Toyota Tacoma is almost ready to go out and about, maybe it's the appropriate time also to discuss its 4Runner sibling – a model that has already reached its fifth generation compared to Tacoma's N400 fourth iteration, but it also did it way long ago, in 2009!
As such, everyone and their mother knows it's about time Toyota did something about that. But since the Japanese automaker seems to have bigger Land Cruiser fish to fry, the CGI stage is set for pixel masters to try their best to supply the all-new 2024 or 2025 Toyota 4 Runner SUV that would do TNGA-F battle with the sixth-gen Ford Bronco or fourth-gen Jeep Wrangler. Anyway, this is not the first time that the good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube have imagined the CGI looks of the upcoming 2025 4Runner, complete with (many) TRD Pro goodies.
So, now they deferred to the satellite venue dubbed AutoYa Interior, where all the fresh (CGI) 4Runner action occurs, mostly from inside-out, and complete with many posh color options. By the way, do take all this with a healthy dose of salt as nothing is official just yet - not leaked patents, not any juicy teasers, and not even a hint from Toyota's corner office head honchos. Hey, not even our spy photographer partners have caught any camouflaged DNA of the upcoming sixth-gen 4Runner, so it's pretty safe to say that everything seen here is not only wishful thinking but also way ahead of the official times.
