A Tesla Cybertruck has just sold on eBay, and it might be the cheapest that has sold so far. The model underwent several aftermarket mods. It received a white wrap and tinted windows for a head-turning contrast.
This 2024 Cybertruck has just sold on eBay for a price that shows that the hype surrounding the futuristic-looking vehicle is pretty much over. To drive the almost brand-new Cybertruck home, the winner of the online auction offered $151,200. The winning bid was number 46.
The one sold on eBay is a Cybertruck Foundation Series, the only one that Tesla has been delivering since day one, November 30, when the first ten customers got their new electric pickup truck in a handover event that took place at Giga Texas.
The seller decided to customize it and went for a high-quality Diamond White PPF wrap, which is covered by warranty for the next five years. They also came up with a decal glued to the tailgate and reading "Cybertruck" in black letters.
The photos in the listing show that the interior is stock, in the standard black and white combination. The model comes with a power tonneau cover and a power tailgate. It features the Full Self-Driving capability, but Tesla has already announced that rolling it for the Cybertruck is not a priority right now, so we don't know when it will be available.

The buyer is also getting an 18.5-inch horizontal central touchscreen and a 9.4-inch rear touchscreen. Seats are heated and ventilated at the front, while the ones at the rear feature heating.
It is a dual-motor version, with the e-motors generating 600 horsepower in an all-wheel drive setup. It also sports the rear-wheel steering that makes maneuvering easier in narrow spaces.
The 2024 almost-brand-new Cybertruck is in excellent condition, like new, says the listing. It also indicates that it comes with the charger that is still new and in its own box, never opened. There is also a sunshade, still new in the wrapper and never opened. Floor mats are also included.
For all of these, the new owner paid $151,200, which might be the lowest price that a Cybertruck has ever sold for. At the opposite end should be the one re-flipped by a Porsche dealership with the original asking price of $289,999. The dealership had purchased it for $244,000 on the auction site Manheim.
Just last week, a Cybertruck failed to sell as the final bidding did not reach the reserve, a reserve that the listing did not mention. The highest amount of money offered was $158,000, but the owner declined the offer.
