We could have started this story by saying that the Audi TT RS is now fit for the Incredible Hulk, thanks to its green paint. Bruce Banner might fit inside one of these, but the Hulk would rip it a new one (the roof that is, obviously).
So we are just going to focus on the customization options that are being opened up with the arrival of the 2017 TT RS coupe and convertible. This is the fastest and most powerful car ever developed on the MQB platform. Not surprisingly, it's also the most expensive.

While we can't call it a real exotic just yet, the performance is similar to that of a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG or a Ferrari from last decade. Thanks to a 400 horsepower 2.5-liter turbo engine, this thing rockets from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.

The customization options are on par with a Porsche 911 in most areas. This demo car has recently been shipped to Audi Forum Neckarsulm and comes with absolutely all the goodies. On the outside, you guys have already noticed the Lime Green custom paint ordered from the Audi Exclusive catalog. It's been paired with some carbon fiber trim pieces and the quattro GmbH exhaust system.

We're not completely blown away with the paint since it has a bit of orange peel effect. Nor are we happy with the wheels, which seem undersized for the car. However, the interior more than makes up for this.

The TT was already in another league when compared to something like an Alfa Romeo 4C or a Lotus Evora. However, the RS looks extra-special. The digital dash has unique graphics, so now it looks like it came from a Lamborghini. Meanwhile, the steering wheel is sporty with a red button, like a Porsche 918. The seats look just like tho luxury buckets from the R8 V10 while carbon fiber is used throughout.

Back in the late 90s, Jeremy Clarkson said the TT was a hairdresser's car. But now, I bet even he would want to own one... if he can fit.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
