Last week we got to take a closer look at the upcoming BMW F86 X6 M, a car that is supposed to make its debut at the Paris Motor Show in September. We also took a quick peek inside and noticed a new upholstery color.
This time the car was spotted once again, during extreme winter tests accompanied by its Sports Activity Vehicle, X5 M, somewhere in the Scandinavian Peninsula.
The new model is expected to have a revised boot and rear bench to make life easier for the passengers that couldn’t keep their heads up because of the sloping roofline.
The front fascia will most likely look like the one on the F15 X5 with sleeker headlights connected to the kidney grilles. Of course, on the M model, massive air intakes for the V8 engine under the bonnet are expected as well.
No changes are expected in this department though, the same 4.4-liter unit being the option BMW will most like go with, the main difference in performance coming from an overall lighter vehicle thanks to CFRP usage. The regular X6 will be launched at Moscow, this summer.
