We recently took the 2014 Toyota Corolla for a spin. Since this is the first time the US-spec Corolla features a CVT, they must've know what they were doing. Thus, we chose the CVT for our European Corolla test car. With this transmission, you’ll feel the engine revving hard at first, but once you get up to speed things run nicely.

This is a solid car, so, if you own one and you have to get it off the road, don’t be afraid to do so. As long as you mind your speed, the Corolla isn’t afraid to also assist you with this kind of driving.
The interior of the new Toyota Corolla shows strong American influences. The dashboard comes with manly lines and the ergonomics are top notch.
