Japanese automaker Subaru has released UK pricing information for its fourth-generation Forester crossover.
Set to go on sale in the United Kingdom in May, the "user-friendly SUV with improved performance, safety and efficiency" can be bought with prices starting from £24,995. If the entry level diesel-powered 2.0D X model is priced just below £25,000, the range-topping 2.0i XT will fetch £30,995.
Subaru claims that the new Forester will return to its roots with "the introduction of a new 2.0-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol engine", adding that all the powerplants will offer improved CO2 and fuel efficiency figures compared to the outgoing model
More details and full technical specifications for the UK market will be released on April 15.
