Land Rover has announced a series of updates to the 2014 Range Rover which you see in the picture above.
The full-size British-built SUV is now available with the Black Design Pack, something they first introduced on the 2013 Evoque. This give you piano black grille, mirrors, door handles and side vents, together with either 21- or 22-inch wheel.
The model gains new safety system options, which include, Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Departure Warning and Perpendicular Park / Parking Exit. Inside, the 2014 Range Rover has a new design of front seat available and updated 10.2-inch infotainment for the rear passengers.
One big change has been made to the engine range. From now on, the Range Rover is available with a new hybrid system which combines their 3.0-liter SDV6 diesel with a 47 hp electric motor. Combined, they deliver 340 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The new models achieve CO2 emissions of 169g/km and record 44.1mpg on the combined cycle.
"The addition of the powerful and efficient SDV8 diesel to the Range Rover Sport line-up and yet more exciting new customer-focused technologies to both the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport for 2014, further underlines their position as two of the most desirable SUVs on the market today," said Land Rover Global Brand Director, John Edwards.
