The all new Lexus IS sport sedan really is a breakthrough both in design and performance, fact that is recognized by more and more reviewers.
Like the ones from The National Business Review, who find it to be “a great Japanese car”, especially the IS 300h model fitted with the F Sport package, if you care more about looks and fuel economy.

Their tested Lexus IS 300h was fitted with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder Atkinson engine aided by a synchronous electric motor totaling 164 kW (220 hp) and 216 Nm of torque. Not too much, but enough to reach 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 8.3 seconds and a top speed of 124 mph (200 km/h). And those numbers sound pretty good, considering that the 300h model will average a combined fuel consumption of 54 mpg (4.3 l/100 km).

Things are even better with the addition of the F Sport package, which makes the sedan look even cooler due to a slightly redesigned front bumper and five double-spoked rims. The suspension and the steering will be more sporty and the interior will receive quality leather upholstery, premium sound system and the interesting LFA-inspired instrument cluster.
