The Lexus CT will continue to roam around the streets for a couple more years as it received a minor facelift until the completely redesigned version will emerge.
Powering it remains the same 1.8-liter gasoline engine paired with an electric motor and an e-CVT good for a total of 134 hp, which offers four driving choices - EV, Normal, Sport and Eco. Being the same powertrain, EPA ratings remained the same, with 43 mpg city and 40 mpg for the highway, averaging a combined 42 mpg.

Design changes include a new front spindle grille, LED daytime running lights, new bumpers , revised fog lamp surrounds, aero-stabilizing fins added to taillamps and side mirrors, larger rear spoiler, shark fin antenna as well as a solid black roof and 17-inch split five-spoke rims for the F Sport.

New luxury details include a redesigned steering wheel and controls, leather trimmed gear shifter, metal front scuff plates as well as metallic accents added to the center console.

Optional multimedia and user technology gets thickened by the addition of a thinner fixed navigation and display audio screen, remote touch controller, second generation Remote Touch Interface for Navigation, backup camera with dynamic gridlines and an enhanced audio system of six or ten speakers.
