Cadillac and upscale department store chain Saks Fifth Avenue have announced plans to launch a special edition version of the 2014 ELR electric car that will be featured in this year’s Saks Fifth Avenue Holiday Catalog.
Limited to only 100 examples, the special edition 2014 ELR will sports an exclusive White Diamond exterior paint and a choice of two interior colors - Jet Black or Light Cashmere. In addition, customers will also get an upgrade 240-volt charging station with professional installation, which is valued at up to $3,000, and their very own ELR Concierge Representatives trained to provide info on battery care, home charging and service scheduling.
Speaking of prices, the 2014 Saks Fifth Avenue Special Edition ELR will cost $89,500, including a $995 destination fee. The limited edition EV can be ordered by calling 1-855-SAKS-CAD (1-855-725-7223), while deliveries are scheduled to commence in March 2014.
