The fastest BMW just became faster. The F13/F12 M6 will be available starting with July fitted with the Competition Package that will further improve an amazing car.
So, what's new? A refined, re-tuned chassis, Carbon Ceramic Brakes, 15 extra HP, a new top speed, along with faster acceleration times to 100 km/h and 200 km/h (62 mph and 124 mph) and a lot more.
Those are just the highlights, but the overall car is improved a lot due to all the minor tweaks and tricks the BMW engineers managed to incorporate. These include a reshaped suspension that has new coil over springs, new dampers, anti-sway bars and many more.
However, probably the most important one of all is the new Active M differential that received a unique tune for the ZCP. Thanks to this upgrade, the traction is improved and the vehicle's agility during cornering will be drastically improved which translates into faster lap times.
The Competition Package also includes new 20" light-alloy wheels along with a new exhaust system with M quad tailpipes finished in Black Chrome that will most obviously change the tune of your car.
