Big family and lots of luggage to haul when going on a trip? Want to cut down on the fuel consumption? The 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid may be the SUV you are looking for.
The base model starts at $40,170 while the Limited model climbs at $46,370. Both models are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 ECVT hybrid powertrain that makes 280 hp.

On the outside, you can distinguish the hybrid from the standard models through the blue accented badge, headlamps, special badging and some minor front fascia details.

Standard features include daytime running lights, fog lights, color-keyed heated electric mirrors, 17-inch alloy wheels, backup camera, Entune infotainment system, easy-clean fabric-trimmed seats, cruise control, leather-trimmed full adjustable steering wheel and more.

Automedia has recently tested the Highlander Hybrid Limited spec, which turned to “pack a lot of function into its form” while it also averaged a 27.8 mpg fuel consumption over about 1,000 miles drove.
