Nissan has recently released a video teaser for the new Pathfinder, a vehicle that is set to come to the market this fall. The clip shows us the vehicle during testing sessions that took place in Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming, with the focus being placed on off-road driving. The car was put through its paces on snowy land and the engineers were pleased with the result.
The new Pathfinder will use a unibody architecture, with power coming from a V6 engine - a 3.5-liter unit is expected - that will be matted to a continuously variable transmission. Nissan aims to up the ante on all fronts with the new Pathfinder, as the vehicle will be more efficient, as well as more capable off-road.
