Yamaha Factory Racing MotoGP team has just posted a very nice and interesting interview with Willem "Wilco" Zeelenberg, Team Manager for Jorge Lorenzo.
Some of the things Wilco said were already known or common sense among those with a close eye on the MotoGP, but we were surprised to find out that the team is not at all comfortable with two of the circuits in the calendar.
Zeelenberg named Aragon, Spain and Indianapolis, USA as the two places where both him and Lorenzo are not happy to be, from a racing point of view. While the Zeelenberg says that Yamaha has always had all sorts of troubles on the Aragon circuit, he also claims that Lorenzo himself is not at all comfortable on the Indianapolis one. So the Lorenzo fans should be all eyes on August 18 and September 29.
As strong points for Lorenzo, Wilco named his concentration and his extraordinary skill of feeling the tire limits. Now, with other 3 strong competitors and few days left until the 2013 season kick-off, we're really eager to see how things go on the track in racing conditions.
