Hyundai has announced the pricing for the 2013 Genesis, with the change being an increase for the range-topping 5.0 R-Spec model. The 2013 Genesis 5.0 R-Spec is now $300 more expensive compared to the model it replaces, coming with a starting at $47,675, including a $875 destination charge.
However, the entry-level model has kept its price of $35,075 (this includes shipping). The interesting part about the 2013 Genesis range is that the aforementioned models are the only ones, so there’s no mid-range version - Hyundai has phased out the Genesis 4.6 and the Genesis 5.0 models. This means that buyers have a pretty difficult choice to make, as the two current models are pretty far apart in terms of pricing.

However, the South Korean automotive producer is planing to seriously upgrade the Genesis for the 2014 model year, so we should get plenty of versions to choose from in the future.
