UK’s Diesel Car Magazine has announced the winners of its “2013 Diesel Car of the Year Awards”, which comprises no less than ten vehicle segments.

According to the renowned magazine, who’s already celebrating its 25th anniversary, the winners have been chosen from a shortlist of 26 cars. Not surprising, the Volkswagen Golf took the honor of becoming the 2013 “Diesel Car of the Year” and the “Best medium car”, while the Renault Zoe was named “Best eco car”.
Land Rover was awarded with both “Best crossover” and “Best 4x4” titles for the Range Rover Evoque and Land Rover Discovery 4 respectively, while Ford grabbed the “Best small car” decoration with the Fiesta and the “Best MPV” ribbon with the B-MAX.
