2013 Cadillac XTS Makes Video Debut

The 2013 Cadillac XTS will soon dominate all of its smaller brothers and sisters, as it has been revealed in full ahead of the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show. Now, the luxury automaker has also dropped the first video featuring the fresh luxury saloon, looking at tech and styling refinements brought about by its debut.
The big news is that the XTS is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 with direct-injection technology that produces 300-horsepower at 6,800rpm and 264 lb-ft (358Nm) of peak torque. This is mated to a Hydra-Matic 6T70 six-speed automatic transmission with tap-shift.

Inside, the CUE infotainment system makes its production debut in the form of an 8-inch screen in the center stack. Expect the XTS at your local dealer in the spring of 2012.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
