2013 AMD World Championship Custom Bike Building in Essen, Germany May 10-12

Launched in the US back in 2004 as a trade-only show, the AMD World Championship has quickly gained a lot of momentum and transformed into a public contest between multiple bike builders around the world.
This year the AMD World Championship Custom Bike Building will be hosted buy the Bike Bike Europe 2013 in Essen, Germany, between May 10 ad 12. the championship is an open entry contest with a max of 2 bikes per competitor and a $200 (€152) per bike entry fee. The classes are:
  • FreeStyle
  • Modified Harley-Davidson
  • Performance Custom
  • Production Custom
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, entries can be guaranteed only up to and including May 6th. Bikes submitted after May 6th may not be accepted, on organizers' discretion. Saturday May 11th will be the judging day, with the main awards ceremony on Sunday May 12th, 4:00 pm.

Tens of bikes have already been entered in the 2013AMD World Championship Custom Bike Building, and the list is growing, given the numerous European custom shops. By all means, the 2013 AMD Championship will be the custom show of the year.
