The new Ural Gear-Up is not a motorcycle you'd buy if you want to pick up easy girls. However, if you're into serious moto adventures, it might be just the best way for you and your significant other to disappear into the wilderness for a weekend or more.
Packing all the legendary features that made it famous, the new Ural Gear-Up has just gotten better. Free from all the Soviet restraints, the new motorcycle sports a better air-cooled boxer engine with a full electronic CDI, top-notch Keihin carburettors and premium frame elements, such as Sachs suspensions and Brembo floating rotor front brakes.

Still the 2012  Ural Gear-Up can run perfectly with lower octane gas (91 unleaded recommended) and sports both an electric and a kick start system for increased convenience and safety. The list of nice features does not end with the low-maintenance shaft final drive: you can request a 2WD and have your Ural Gear-Up transformed into a real off-road beast.

Bear in mind that the Ural Gear-Up recommended maximal speed is around 62 mph (100 km/h). This amazing bike is now available in Forest Fog, Gobi Desert Camo and Forest Camo, all versions with premium powder coated paint jobs and retails for $13,949 (€10,533).
