2012 Ford Mustang Roush Performance Stage 2 Package Released

The American stallion has thrilled its fans and owners across the world since its very first models appeared on the market. Since then, Ford has improved the Mustang in a constant way managing to keep up with, or better said to lead, many of its competitors in matter of design and performance. For those petrol-heads who are satisfied with Mustang’s performance but are seeking for something more appealing, Roush Performance’s 2012 Ford Mustang Stage 2 will do the trick.

Roush Performance has left the engine compartment untouched, but instead they fitted the Mustang with a new suspension package and new styling components. The suspension kit is being offered with a huge collection of optional upgrades to make the Mustang take those corners like a speeding bullet and looking like one at the same time. The entry-level package starts at $7,800 and includes a Roush front bumper, front chin splitter, billet upper grille, side rocker splitters and rear valence.

For the exterior, the tuner has included minor accessories like the square R badges, a front fascia blackout graphic, Roush front windshield decal, R faux gas cap badge and a Stage 2 trunk badge. Roush will also equip the Mustang with embroidered floor mats, a center console badge/button and a Stage 2 medallion.

Although the engine bay was left untouched, the Mustang will receive a Stage 2 engine bay plaque to show off. The suspension system by Roush meets with a set of 18-inch chrome wheels with Cooper tires, which provide plenty of grip on the road. The tuner also offers optional accessories like 20-inch wheels and performance exhausts which can be individually purchased.
