The 2012 BMW 3-Series ordering guide is now running loose on the web, so now we know what to expect for the various US versions release schedule.
The guide, which was published by eGMCarTech, shows us that the M Sport package will be offered in July next year, so you will have to wait a while before you can get your new 3er in fast trim. Until then, you can choose between three trim levels.
It's now time to move the engine area, where the 328i will use a 2.0-liter TwinPower turbocharged four-pot that will deliver 240 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, while the 335i will use the same N55 3.0-liter 6-cylinder TwinPower turbocharged unit delivering 300 hp and 300 lb-ft. Both allow buyers to choose between two standard transmissions: a six-speed manual, or an eight-speed automatic.
The list of standard equipment also includes start-stop technology, a 6.5-inch LCD screen, an iPod interface, as well as 17-inch rims.
