Volvo has just finished the teasing game and revealed the full set of cars it had with the Concept You that’s to debut in Frankfurt. Before we get going, let’s just admire how cool that interior and those suicide doors look. Volvo can really pull off a concept when they want to.
"Concept You gives a good indication of what you can expect from our nextlarge sedan. The blend of contemporary Scandinavian design, exquisite craftsmanship and intuitive technology will appeal to luxury car buyers all over the world," Said Stefan Jacoby, President and CEO of Volvo Car Corporation.
This car is all about previewing future luxury to come from the Swadish carmaker: "We will compete with the best with our special kind of luxury. Volvo's cars are intuitive and uncomplicated. Our customers don't have to give away driving pleasure to drive safely. They can be environmentally conscious and still indulge the pure joy of owning a luxury car."
A big interior innovation is the new audio system developed by Alpine, equipped with a "FreshAir" subwoofer that reduces the weight of the speaker from around 33 pounds (15 kg) down just three pounds (about 1.5 kg). The infotainment system is also amazing, mixing everything into the centrally mounted touchscreen.
