2010 UK Salon Prive Preview

On July 21, the UK will host the fifth annual Salon Prive, the country’s luxury supercar display & concours d’elegance, which promises to be the best edition to date, through the presence of multiple top supercar and premium vehicle producers.

One of the brands that will have the most impressive displays at the show is Jaguar. The carmaker will celebrate its 75th anniversary at the event, showcasing its current vehicle line-up and presenting an elitist group of Jaguar Heritage Collection cars. A part of this will also be entered in the Salon Prive Concours d’Elegance.

Rolls Royce will also be present at the event, where it will bring the production version of the Ghost, a car that was previewed at the show’s last edition. Aston Martin will offers attenders the chance to see the brand’s new saloon, the Rapide and the DBS Volante. In addition to that, the Maserati booth will feature the GranSport cabriolet.

This year’s saloon will be held at London’s Hurlingham Club and will see Audi and Lexus join the other exquisite marques for the first time - the Japanese company will display the LFA hypercar at the event.

"It’s immensely gratifying to have so many prestige brands on board, recognizing the value of Salon Prive.  We're determined to keep growing the event, but retain what makes it unique, not least its exclusivity," said David Bagley, Salon Prive co-founder. "Salon Prive is now a firm fixture in both the automotive and social calendars and it’s good to know we have the right recipe for a great motor event and a fabulous day out."
