2010 Honda CBF1000 UK Pricing Announced

The latest addition to the CBF1000 family is now available at British dealerships, the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer announced today. The CBF1000FA comes with a racier, slimmer look to the half-fairing and a sporty new dash layout that includes a large, central analogue rev-counter and digital speedometer, as well as dual trip meters and fuel gauge.

The rider gets informed on both real-time and average fuel consumption on the dash. The bike also features a four-position windscreen, three-position seat and adjustable handlebars, as well as six-spoke wheels.

Powered by a 998cc Fireblade-derived motor, with a sporty, single exhaust end-can, the CBF1000FA makes use of
Honda’s PGM-FI system, a new aluminium frame, improved suspension and adjustability, as well as standard Combined ABS (C-ABS) system.

The new CBF1000FA is available in two colours - Pearl Nightstar Black and Pearl Cool White - and wears a price tag of GBP8,895 OTR. Optional equipment includes luggage (top box and panniers both in two size options), heated grips, engine/casings covers, alarm, outdoor cover, U-lock, tank pad and centre stand.

“This latest addition to the family gives this unrivalled versatility a stylish new edge, giving the look of this new model a more compact, sporty feel, while keeping all the attributes that continue to make the CBF1000 family a huge success,” a company statement reads.

The current range includes the CBF1000 model, available in both standard and ABS versions priced at GBP7,075 and GBP7,575 (OTR) respectively, with the CBF1000GT, which features fairing lowers and a three-box luggage system, priced at GBP8,425 (OTR).
