A guy named Leonid has gone down in drag racing history as the absolute fastest driver in the Unlim 500+ class at the Moscow Mile, basically the fastest man in Russia right now.
The record-setting run was conducted in a monster Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 which had been tuned to 2005 hp… because 2000 hp just isn't enough. Responsible for this massive 1435 hp power boost is twin-turbo technology from Unlimited Racing.

But what's amazing about the top speed record run is not the 402 km/h (250 mph) reached, but the fact that the car catches fire while doing it. The heat coming out of the back of the car warps and melts the plastic, but Leonid doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Money to burn, baby!

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
