1994 Harley Softail Evo Turns into Chimera Trike

Built by Uwe Sickert, the Chimera trike is based on the 1994’s Harley-Davidson Softail Evo, which comes to turn some heads on the road. Th elegant three-wheeled vehicle is finished in white satin and chrome, and is powered by a Harley Davidson 1340 cc Dynajetkit engine mated to a five speed transmission.

Other modifications include pre-routed, revamped forward controls that came from a BMW, an up-side-down fork from a Kawasaki, as well as a integrated instrument display at the front. The engine and all components are painted in black.

Also included are Nissin, Revtech Eliminator rotor brakes at front and Brembo at the rear, LED turn signals at front and rear, LED brake and tail lights as well as 3.5 x 21 Revtech Eliminator wheel
wrapped with Avon tires upfront and 10 x 20 Jesse James Lawless 8 Truck wheel clad in Vredestein tires at the rear.

The original mufflers are mounted on both sides, while the ultra-thin rubber is used to support the opulent appearance of the wheels. This is also supported by the high-strength, shatter-resistant and transparent acrylic bent fenders.

According to Greek mythology, the Chimera was a fire-breathing female creature, composed of the parts of multiple animals: upon the body of a lioness with a tail that ended in a snake’s head, the head of a goat arose on her back at the center of her spine. The term chimera has also come to refer to something that is hard to believe.
