The 2009 MY Victory Core is a minimalist concept built by the Victory Motorcycled Industrial Design team, and is supposed to represent how, in their opinion, a performance cruiser of the future would look. Its unique, cast aluminium frame has been built by pouring molten aluminium over a sand core, which was removed when the casting was complete. It is formed with only essential parts, an engine, a frame, wheels, and only a front suspension. Other unique features, besides the tempered, five-piece, aluminium alloy frame, are the Victory X-Factor wheels, the stainless steel scrambler high pipes and the carbon fiber rear fender and fork covers.

At its heart lies the new, air-cooled, four-stroke, 1731cc, 50-degree V-twin powerhouse.
