The 2006 MY DR-Z250 is THE quarter-liter off-road bike for those oscillating between fun and a more serious to racing their buddies, but who are not ready or willing to ride a real RM competition-focused bike. Versatility is one of the keywords describing the DR-Z250, as its performance is suitable for a wide range of riders, as the bike packs plenty of punch allowing the more experienced ones to ride hard, while still maintaining a reassuring feel for the newer ones.
Power comes from a 249cc air and oil-cooled single, mated to a 6-speed transmission, rolling on suspensions with multiple adjustments which offers an ideal setup for almost any rider and any surface.
