SUZUKI Boulevard C50T (2008-2009) Specs, Performance & Photos

Suzuki added a “T” suffix to the 2009 base C50 model and came up with the Suzuki Boulevard C50T, a cruiser motorcycle where “T” stands for touring.

The C50T model came ready for long hauls right from the crate and benefited from all the upgrades of the base version, which included the new dual spark plugs on each cylinder, a new lightweight and low-maintenance taillight, and redesigned fenders.

In addition to the base model amenities, the C50T bike featured an aerodynamic windshield, leather saddlebags, a pivoting backrest for the passenger, classic shiny metal studs trim for all the leather elements, and wire-spoked wheels with white-wall tires.

The C50T model featured a spacious riding position with smooth suspension for comfortable riding matched by a top-end performance of the V-Twin engine that delivered low-mid torque output.

The 2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50T took its thrust from an 805cc four-stroke liquid-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 45 hp at 4,000 rpm and 62 Nm (46 lb-ft) of maximum torque available at 4,000 rpm.

For suspension, the bike packed a telescopic fork with polished aluminum sliders and polished stainless-stell tube covers on the front, and a swingarm bolted to a seven-way spring preload adjustable shock absorber on the rear.

The braking power was handled by a 300 mm disc squeezed by a two-piston caliper on the front wheel and a 180 mm drum unit on the rear wheel.
