SUZUKI Boulevard C50T (2004-2005) Specs, Performance & Photos

Suzuki started the production of the Boulevard C50 in 2001, a cruiser motorcycle unveiled at Daytona Bike Week, previously named Volusia. In 2005, Suzuki rebranded the Volusia model as the Suzuki Boulevard C50, which followed the formula of a smaller engine fitted in a frame made for a slightly larger engine.

The Volusia model was a carburated engine, but in 2005 with the introduction of the Boulevard C50, Suzuki planted a fuel injection system and also carried over all components from the Volusia line.

For the 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50T released in 2005, which was the only touring model in its class, Suzuki offered equipment with the most popular accessories as standard.

The bike featured a height-adjustable custom-designed windshield in a classic style that provided the rider with full wind protection, studded seats with a matching touring pivoting backrest for more comfort, large capacity leather saddle bags, and white wall tires mounted on wire-spoke wheels.

In the power department, the engine featured a fuel injection system with the Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) system, a 32-bit ECM, and custom styled exhaust system designed for a deep roaring sound and tuned for low rpm power.

The model took its thrust from an 805cc four-stroke V-Twin engine that delivered an output power of 45 hp at 4,000 rpm and 62 Nm (46 lb-ft) of torque with a peak at 4,000 rpm.

The 2005 Boulevard motorcycle came in a black-finished paint job with black accessories topped by chromed engine covers, exhaust, headlight, front fork, and wheels.
