SUZUKI Boulevard C50 (2009-2010) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2010, Suzuki launched the Boulevard C50, a real head-turner that didn’t need a huge displacement to prove its classic tourer style. With the classic low and mean lines complemented by the exquisite built quality of modern motorcycles, the C50 retained the retro cues that made it even better.

This 805cc liquid-cooled V-Twin motorcycle featured a shaft drive, which kept maintenance down to almost zero, while the transmission ratios were tweaked to offer both low-end nerve for city rides and plenty of passing power in the upper range.

For an even more classic look, the model featured wire-spoked wheels, redesigned fenders, a dual chromed exhaust system, and a chrome tank-mounted instrument cluster with a new speedometer design.

Some of the key features installed on the bike included a custom-designed height-adjustable windshield that provided a classic style and full wind protection and studded seats with a matching touring-stye pivoting backrest pad for more passenger comfort.

In addition, the classic touring-style motorcycle packed a couple of large-capacity leather saddle bags with twist-lock fasteners and Boulevard emblems, and white-wall tires mounted on the traditional wire-spoked wheels.

In the power department, the 2010 Suzuki Boulevard C50 packed an 805cc four-stroke V-Twin liquid-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 45 hp at 4,000 rpm and 62 Nm (46 lb-ft) of torque available at 4,000 rpm.
