The 1982 MY Laverda 125 LZ Sport has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 124cc, single cylinder powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission, that can produce 17 horsepower and 16 Nm of torque. It also comes standard with a high-end suspension package, composed of a 32 mm Marzocchi fork and dual adjustable shocks in the rear, as well as a 260mm disc brake in the front and a rear 160mm drum.

This race-inspired machine addresses the younger and less-experienced among riders that have a more adventurous spirit, and want more out of their Italian, entry-level, two-wheeler.
