The 2003 MY Harley Davidson XLH883 Police Sportster 883 has, at its heart, an air-cooled, 883cc, Evolution V-Twin powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce 67 Nm of torque at 4500 rpm. This machine is intended for inner-city use, boasting one of the best maneuverabilities among all the models from House Milwaukee. It comes standard with all the features found on the base Sportster 883, plus all the features one would expect on a police motorcycle, such as special lights and sirens.
