The 2003 MY Harley Davidson FLHPI Police Road King Emergency has, at its heart, an air-cooled, 1450cc, Twin Cam 88 Vibration Isolated V-Twin powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 117 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm.
This machine, unlike its base Police sibling, boasts an additional rear trunk, in which a police officer might store much-needed supplies and tools, depending on the emergency. In all other departments, it shares its features with the base Road King and the Police Road King.
